An easy, delicious cream filling recipe is a must. This one is rich, creamy and not too sweet. I use this filling in my German Chocolate cupcakes, Vanilla Milkshake cupcakes and more! This recipe is also easy to flavor also.
What you’ll need
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 3.4 oz pkg Instant Vanilla pudding *flavors may be interchanged*
- Electric Mixer
Start with your whipping cream and add in powdered sugar while mixing. Mix until your cream is thickened up, this should only take a few minutes
Slowly mix in the instant pudding . It should get bubbly at this point, but it will thicken up quite quickly. It will still be grainy at this point so mix about 60 more seconds and this will cause the pudding mix to fully dissolve. Make sure not to over beat the mixture.
Add in anything you’d like. For my German Chocolate Cupcakes I add in a little coconut. Since this recipe contains dairy, make sure to refrigerate any leftovers .
